About Dr. Haskell
Dr. Lyle Haskell is a North Texas-based podiatrist who has been providing compassionate and comprehensive foot and ankle care for over 30 years. With offices in Garland, West Plano, and Allen, Dr. Haskell has had the honor of treating more than 30,000 patients in the Collin County area. He brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to patient care, focusing exclusively on in-office, minimally invasive treatments for foot and ankle conditions.
Expertise and Advanced Techniques
Dr. Haskell previously participated in advanced wound care and limb salvage procedures at the Wound Care Clinics of Allen and Plano. He also completed advanced training in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Today, he continues to consult for the Wound Care Clinic in Allen, drawing upon his extensive background in orthopedic reconstruction, negative pressure wound management, skin grafts, and extracellular matrix techniques.
Dr. Haskell has pioneered cutting-edge in-office procedures, including minimally invasive bone matrix augmentation—an “Injectable Bone” procedure that helps patients resolve persistent bone and joint pain without open surgery. In addition, he is among the first foot and ankle specialists in North Texas to be trained in Fat Matrix Transplants, a technique that rebuilds lost padding on the bottom of the feet, allowing many women to comfortably wear dress shoes again.
