Existing patients can update demographics, pay bills, view lab results, request refills and send a message to your provider via the patient portal. If you do not have a username and password for your personal portal, please call our office and request one.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to meet Dr. Haskell. We accept most insurances.
You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance. If you have questions regarding billing or which insurance plans we accept, please call our office (972) 727-7060. Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
